The Economic Development department recently published its city-wide development report, detailing new and upcoming development in NRH. Sections include information on transportation projects, commercial additions, and the growth of our residential community. During the past year, the city welcomed over 90 new businesses, a net increase of 45 businesses, and processed 77 new development applications. This included 226 new single-family starts and over $52 million in capital invested into local commercial property.
