In October 2021, LFP Properties Inc. acquired a 39-year-old 15,000 sf Class B office building at 4109 City Point Drive based on its close proximity to City Point and Medical City North Hills. Located just north of Glenview Drive at the southern entry of City Point, renovations are currently underway, including a new façade, roof, electrical system, and resurfaced parking lot.
