A new 1 Million Cups (1MC) community is coming to Northeast Tarrant County and NRH Economic Development is pleased to be serving on the founding organizing committee. This national program (founded by the Kauffman Foundation) exists to engage, educate and connect local entrepreneurs. Each week, two early-stage business startups present their companies to an audience of community-based mentors, advisors, and fellow entrepreneurs. Meetings are held every Wednesday at 9am all across the U.S. and the first Northeast Tarrant County meeting is scheduled to be held virtually on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.

1 Million Cups NE Tarrant is currently looking for presenters, so if you know of someone who is thinking of starting a business or recently opened a business, please reach out and let us know! View the press release at or visit for more information.
