Plans call for 60,000-70,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space along City Point Drive serving as the nucleus for City Point. In addition to being a master developer, Centurion American is also the owner of numerous restaurant and entertainment concepts with intentions to bring them to City Point over the next couple of years.
