Craig has over 15 years of experience across both public and private sectors, holding a Master of Public Administration from the California State University at Long Beach. While pursuing his graduate education in the early 1990's, he held posts at both the City of Garden Grove, CA and the Orange County Transportation Authority. Upon the 2000 merger between GTE and Bell Atlantic into Verizon, Craig moved to Dallas to consolidate Verizon's business to business Field Marketing unit. Prior to joining the City, he was responsible for strategy and planning with Verizon Telecom's National Marketing department. His current focus is on the development and implementation of plans, strategies, and agreements that facilitate economic growth and well-being. Memberships include Texas Economic Development Council, International Economic Development Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Kristin Weegar is a 2006 graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. Prior to joining the City of North Richland Hills, Kristin worked for The Woodmont Company, a commercial real estate company, where she gained valuable experience in the real estate and retail development fields. Some of her responsibilities include marketing and advertising for the department, updating the economic development web site, and organizing city sponsored business community activities and functions. Kristin has completed her Basic Economic Development Course through the Texas Economic Development Council and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Phyl Baloga has been with the City of North Richland Hills for over 16 years fulfilling roles in multiple departments, with her primary experience in Economic Development. After receiving her Associates Degree in Psychology/Sociology from Miami Dade College, she spent 9 years working in the private sector for Southland Containers, Inc. and Ryder Systems, Inc. Phyl has been a member of multiple professional associations, including an active member of the Northeast Leadership, Alumni, Northeast Tarrant Chamber, and the Citizens Police and Fire Academy to name a few.

From our Planning & Development Department to Public Works, Police, Fire, Neighborhood Services and the Public Library, all city departments work together to promote business and development throughout our community.
